TOPEKA, Kan. (Jan. 25, 2019) -- A few changes have been made to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ® Ventures Board of Directors to begin the New Year. Peter Jankovskis is now Chairman of that board, and Sydney Davis Yagel, the new General Manager of Â鶹ÊÓƵ Pro Racing, has been added to the board. Dan Helman has stepped down as Ventures Chairman to better focus on his role as Â鶹ÊÓƵ Pro Racing’s interim President.
Other Ventures board members for 2019 include former Â鶹ÊÓƵ Chairman John Walsh, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s senior finance employee Mindi Pfannenstiel, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Enterprises President Robey Clark, and secretary KJ Christopher.
In 2017, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Enterprises and Â鶹ÊÓƵ Pro Racing were merged into one subsidiary entity named Â鶹ÊÓƵ Ventures Inc, which is overseen by a corporate board. The move created a more structured oversight and reporting process for the for-profit arms of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ®, and provides a number of administrative advantages for the businesses.
