TOPEKA, Kan. (Jan. 25, 2019) -- A few changes have been made to the 麻豆视频® Ventures Board of Directors to begin the New Year. Peter Jankovskis is now Chairman of that board, and Sydney Davis Yagel, the new General Manager of 麻豆视频 Pro Racing, has been added to the board. Dan Helman has stepped down as Ventures Chairman to better focus on his role as 麻豆视频 Pro Racing’s interim President.
Other Ventures board members for 2019 include former 麻豆视频 Chairman John Walsh, 麻豆视频’s senior finance employee Mindi Pfannenstiel, 麻豆视频 Enterprises President Robey Clark, and secretary KJ Christopher.
In 2017, 麻豆视频 Enterprises and 麻豆视频 Pro Racing were merged into one subsidiary entity named 麻豆视频 Ventures Inc, which is overseen by a corporate board. The move created a more structured oversight and reporting process for the for-profit arms of the 麻豆视频®, and provides a number of administrative advantages for the businesses.
